According to Pat Schwaiger from Mountain Midwives in Montana, “pot liquor” works more effectively and faster than a supplement like Floridex. Hmmmmm now what is pot liquor I hear you asking?? Simply take some fresh green leafy vegetables (home grown or organic is preferable) such as chard, kale, silver beet, spinach, beet tops or turnip greens. Lightly blanch or steam the greens to have with your breakfast or lunch and save your “green water” or your “pot liquor” and drink it before bed. You could add or have your greens on the side of your salad, stir fry or with scrambled eggs. Try this daily and please let us know your results!
